Crafted primarily from Petite Sirah with Syrah, Mourvèdre, and a touch of Viognier, The Stand displays aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark plum, and black cherry layered with cocoa, baking spice, black pepper, and hints of violet. Full-bodied and richly textured, the palate delivers concentrated dark fruit framed by firm yet polished tannins and balanced acidity. Subtle notes of mocha and toasted oak carry through a long, smooth finish. Bold without being overpowering, this blend offers exceptional depth, complexity, and impressive aging potential.

Serve at 60–65°F. The Stand pairs exceptionally well with grilled ribeye, smoked brisket, barbecue ribs, braised short ribs, and rosemary-seasoned lamb.
