		<description><![CDATA[I love making ristoto in my PC! I cut up a butternut squash and put half in the PC with the rice to cook and the other half I roast in the oven with some cut up kielbasa while the PC is doing its thing.  The squash I cook in the PC pretty much dissolves into the ristoto, and then I add the roasted squash and kielbasa (along with some parmesan) to the ristoto just before serving to add texture and flavor.  YUM!]]></description>
