Onion Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hey folks, we just wanted to share a delicious recipe with you that pairs perfectly with Don&#8217;s top Premier Series this month from Italy, Feudi Di San Marzano Primitivo Puglia 2010.\u00a0 It&#8217;s simple to make and wont take up much of your time:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pepper &amp; Onion Pasta<\/span><\/p>\n<p>6 links Italian sausage (sweet or hot)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3 Tbl. vegetable oil<\/p>\n<p>1 sweet onion &#8211; sliced thick\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3 Tbl. olive oil<\/p>\n<p>4 frying peppers or bell peppers &#8211; sliced\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1\/4 cup tomato sauce<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In a large fry pan or wok, heat both oils together over medium heat.\u00a0 Add sliced peppers and onions to pan and saute until soft &#8211;
