Make them full size for a delicious weeknight meal that comes together in a snap!<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.winemonthclub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Shrimp-Tostada-Bites.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3360\" src=\"http:\/\/www.winemonthclub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Shrimp-Tostada-Bites.jpg\" alt=\"Shrimp Tostada Bites\" width=\"350\" height=\"350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.winemonthclub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Shrimp-Tostada-Bites.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.winemonthclub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Shrimp-Tostada-Bites-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.winemonthclub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Shrimp-Tostada-Bites-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/a>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>20 mini round tortillas (cut from large flour tortillas &#8211; 1.5-3&#8243;)<\/li>\n<li>1 can refried beans<\/li>\n<li>1 can petite diced tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 cup shredded white cheese (I used a queso blanco)<\/li>\n<li>1 bunch cilantro<\/li>\n<li>1 bunch green onions<\/li>\n<li>20 small shrimp (tail-off, de-veined)<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons fajita seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Use a small round cutter to create mini rounds from larger flour tortillas.
