Try serving it with grilled corn or a bright and fresh summer salad and pairing it with a citrusy and crisp white wine like our Premier Series <a title=\"Eidos de Padri\u00f1\u00e1n Rias Baixas Albari\u00f1o 2012\" href=\"http:\/\/www.winemonthclub.com\/eidos-de-padri-an-rias-baixas-albari-o-2012.htm?catid=925\" target=\"_blank\">Eidos de Padri\u00f1\u00e1n Rias Baixas Albari\u00f1o 2012 <\/a>that is featured this month!<\/p>\n<p>Makes: 8 servings<br \/>\nPrep: 10 mins<br \/>\nCook: 25 mins<\/p>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2740\" src=\"http:\/\/www.winemonthclub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Spicy-Honey-Glazed-Chicken-Breasts.jpg\" alt=\"Spicy Honey-Glazed Chicken Breasts\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.winemonthclub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Spicy-Honey-Glazed-Chicken-Breasts.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.winemonthclub.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Spicy-Honey-Glazed-Chicken-Breasts-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup honey<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon chili powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 4 pounds)<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>1 pineapple peeled, cored and cut into 8 thick rings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. In a small saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until translucent and beginning to brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Add the honey, hot pepper sauce and chili powder and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, stir in the lemon juice and set aside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Preheat a grill or large grill pan to medium-high. Rub the chicken with the remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil and season with salt. Grill until well marked, about 7 minutes. Flip and cook until the bottoms are well marked and the chicken is cooked through, another 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and brush with the reserved honey glaze. Cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Meanwhile, grill the pineapple until well marked on one side, about 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
