Arcadia Brewing Company Nut Brown Ale
The Arcadia Brewing Company's Nut Brown Ale is a full bodied English style brown ale. We found its deep mahogany color quite enticing. George uses no less than six different types of malted barley to create a complex malt profile that includes hints of raisins, dates, almonds, and chocolate. Sound appealing? It is! Look for a minimal hop character as you'll find in many English browns. Overall, very flavorful and complex.

Otter Creek Brewery Copper Ale
Otter Creek's flagship brew, Copper Ale is produced all year to keep local fanatics satisfied. A medium bodied amber, inspired by the Altbiers of Northern Germany, the brewery uses three different types of hops to brew it: Chinook, US Tettneg, and US Hallertau. Look for a pleasant floral hop aroma coupled with sweet caramel and malt notes in the nose. Overall, we thought it was a wonderful interpretation of a German Altbier!
